God has been described in Hindu scriptures as the Eternal Witness. It should not be mistaken from Baba’s quote that God is indifferent. God can be reached and approached through pure, unselfish Love. The scripture also describe God as निर्गुनातिता (nirgunaateeta) or Attributeless. The good and the bad in this world are qualities attached by human thought. If one acts according to the dictum of the heart, it will always be good to those around him/her.
A Quote from Shvetashvatar Upanishad. Translated as, God is one. He resides in the hearts of all the living beings. He is omnipresent. He is the supreme soul of all the souls and graciously observes all their actions as an eternal witness. He is absolute bliss, which is beyond all mayic (material) qualities or atributeless.
